Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Culture

  • Be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for an inclusive, motivated, and results-driven work environment.

  • Uphold and champion the values and culture that make Love & Honey special, fostering a sense of pride and ownership among team members.      

  • Act as the primary liaison between team members and ownership, ensuring seamless communication and goal alignment.                                                                                                                           

 

Key Responsibilities - Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, with a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Handle staffing needs, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling, to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance during all shifts.            

  • Manage payroll, inventory, cost controls, and sales growth initiatives.

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety and health regulations.

  • Step into any role as needed to maintain exceptional service levels.

                                                                                               

Key Responsibilities - Training & Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to onboard new hires and grow current staff.     

  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to inspire and retain top talent.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, addressing areas for improvement through constructive communication and clear goal-setting.

                                                                                               

Key Responsibilities - Guest Experience

  • Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest experience, holding the team accountable for quality and hospitality standards.                                          

  • Resolve guest complaints or conflicts promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.                                                                                                                                                                      

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a management role within the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. 

  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, financial management, and inventory control.                                          

  • Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (experience with Toast is a plus), Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.                                               

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing business needs.

  • Manager’s ServSafe Certification is required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: From $60,000 annually

  • Performance-based bonuses up to $7,500
